DESPERATION IS THE KISS OF DEATH TO YOUR SUCCESS


Desperation is a very negative feeling that brings an equally negative energy and the result is going to be a negative one. When you are in a state of desperation, you lose all sense of proportion and only act from a precarious position. From there you are more likely to lose all your reasoning and subsequently your actions will be desperate and without any accuracy. If you are trying to achieve a particular goal, there are steps you have to take to make it happen. Those actions can only be effective in achieving that goal if they are been well thought about and planned. If for whatever reason you allow you mind to be overtaken by desperation, you reduce your chances of succeeding significantly.

The key to success is defined by the state of your mind and your ability to put into action well planned steps to achieve a certain goal. Imagine a mind clouded with desperation trying to implement ideas to reach a goal, the most likely outcome for such scenario is failure. There are countless reasons showing why someone in state of desperation will struggle to make any progress in their life let alone succeed at a task. When you desperate, you are surrounded by negative energy and it will be near impossible for someone in that state of mind to attract anything positive. We all want success in our life and the surest way to keep it away from your life is to keep yourself in a state of desperation.

Do you remember the last time you misplaced your keys and you were in a hurry trying frantically to find them? Or the last time you were rushing to submit a report after waiting until the last minutes to start working on it? In these two cases, you are much more likely to submit a low quality report and not find your keys. The reason for such negative outcome can be explained by the fact that your state of mind was not conducive of the kind of results you wanted. In fact what you wanted to achieve was positive but in a state of desperation which is extremely negative, you are not going to get anything positive.

If you want to achieve success in any aspect of your life, you are going to learn to keep desperation away from your life. It is understandable that when things are not working the way you expect you might get anxious but, allowing yourself to get desperate is tantamount to giving the kiss of death to that particular goal you want to achieve. Some of you might even remember the last time they were sitting an exam and could not think about what they study and prepared for, this is because when you get too anxious you become desperate. Desperation is the very reason you could not remember those answers you were looking for to pass your exam.

To be able to keep desperation out of your life, you will have to find the way to relax under pressure and convince yourself that despite your obstacles and setbacks you will be able to succeed. You can do this by learning some breathing techniques to keep calm in difficult times or working on the confidence in your ability to succeed even in adversity.
