CHANGING YOUR BELIEFS (part 1)

Your beliefs determine the types of action you will take in order to either improve your life or harm your chances of success. As explained in the previous letters, your beliefs are formed based on what you have heard and seen from childhood to adulthood from people around you including your family.

You can change your beliefs and acquire new that are more in line we what you want out of life. As your beliefs are the result of years of conditioning, you will need a conscious and consistent effort in order to replace the beliefs that are not of service to your purpose in life.

The first thing that I would recommend you do from today is to start listening to yourself more. You might not realise this but you talk to yourself every single day and many times a day. Unfortunately, most of the time the things you say to yourself are essentially negative and, harmful to your chances of a better life. Think hard before answering this question, when was the last time say something positive to yourself? Something like well-done Christian you did great today or something like you Christian go for it I know you can do it.

Make a list of all the negative things you say to yourself on the daily basis, do not exclude anything as this exercise is will help you become aware of those negative things you are used to saying to yourself without being conscious of your actions. By making this list, you will be able to see probably for the first time the type of horror you say to yourself and, begin to understand the reasoning behind some of your actions. This simple exercise will be an eye opener for you, if you do it as directed without choosing what to write down.
